The Challenge

A New Jersey wound care practice needed to expand its visits to skilled nursing facilities. Providers traveled between locations using different EHR systems, making documentation difficult to complete during rounds. Summaries, orders, and treatment plans often had to be prepared and sent after each visit, limiting the practice’s capacity.

The Partnership

The practice partnered with Enabli Health to add tech-enabled team members and allied health support. Speke AI supported note capture in the field, while team members helped complete documentation, coordinate communications, and manage administrative work across facilities.

What Changed

After a three-week pilot at four locations, the practice expanded the partnership to all 15 of its customers. The published story reports growth to more than 45 locations and the addition of four full-time providers. It estimates $1.6 million in annual ROI.
